Payment Methods

Fang Cheng Co., Ltd. offers the following payment methods: “online credit card payment”, “ATM transfer”, “online ATM transfer”, “convenience store payment code”, “convenience store barcode payment”, “convenience store pickup payment”, and “cash on delivery”.

1. Online credit card payment

After confirming the order details, proceed to checkout from the shopping cart, fill in the basic information, select “home delivery” and click “Green World Technology” and “Credit Card (Full Payment)” to complete the payment process. Please fill in the correct credit card information for bank verification. SSL certificate encryption is used for online credit card payment, and credit card information will not be stored on the website, so you can use it with confidence.

2. ATM transfer

After confirming the order details, proceed to checkout from the shopping cart, fill in the basic information, select “home delivery”, and click “ATM”. After clicking “Place Order”, the webpage will be redirected to the bank’s payment page, where you can complete the payment process by connecting to a card reader.

3. Online ATM transfer

After confirming the order details, proceed to checkout from the shopping cart, fill in the basic information, select “home delivery”, and click “online ATM”. After clicking “Place Order”, the webpage will be redirected to the bank’s payment page, where an ATM account number will be provided on the page for you to take a screenshot or print out and use for the transfer.

4. Convenience store payment code

After confirming the order details, proceed to checkout from the shopping cart, fill in the basic information, select “home delivery”, and click “convenience store payment code”. After clicking “Place Order”, the webpage will be redirected to the payment code page, where you can take a screenshot or print out the payment code and use it to pay at the convenience store counter.

5. Convenience store barcode payment

After confirming the order details, proceed to checkout from the shopping cart, fill in the basic information, select “home delivery”, and click “convenience store barcode”. After clicking “Place Order”, the webpage will be redirected to the barcode page, where you can take a screenshot or print out the barcode and use it to pay at the convenience store counter.

6. Convenience store pickup payment

After confirming the order details, proceed to checkout from the shopping cart, fill in the basic information, select “convenience store pickup”, choose the store, confirm the store address, and click “Place Order”. You can pay when picking up the items at the store.

7. Cash on delivery
After confirming the order details, proceed to checkout from the shopping cart, fill in the basic information, select “home delivery”, and click “cash on delivery”.

Shipping and Delivery Information

Once your order information has been verified and confirmed, the home delivery or convenience store pickup process will begin. Shipping is only available on normal business days and does not include national holidays.

With the exception of special activity descriptions on the website, the shipping and handling policy is as follows:

1. Free shipping for purchases over $2000. The shipping fee displayed in the shopping cart will be deducted during checkout.

2. Standard home delivery: The shipping fee is $100.

3. Convenience store pickup: Only available at 7-11, FamilyMart, and Hi-Life. The shipping fee is $60. The following rules apply to convenience store pickup:

  • Both pickup without payment and pickup with payment are available.
  • Identification must be presented when picking up the package. Please provide accurate name and other information when filling out your order.
  • Please pick up your package at the designated store within 7 days (including holidays) after it has arrived. The convenience store will return the package if it is not picked up within the specified time.
  • There are size restrictions for convenience store pickup. If your order exceeds the limit, a customer service representative will contact you to change the delivery method.

4. For the following outlying island delivery addresses, an additional shipping fee of $200 will be charged for “home delivery.” Shipping service is not available for other outlying islands not listed below:

  • Kinmen County: Jincheng, Jinning, Jinchu, Jinsa, and Lieyu (excluding Dadan Island and Erdan Island).
  • Lienchiang County: Nangan, Beigan, Juguang, and Dongyin.
  • Penghu County: Xiyu, Huxi, Magong (excluding Huqiu Island and Tongpan Island), and Baisha (excluding Dakeng Island, Yuanbei Island, Niaoyu Island, and Jibei Island).
  • Taitung County: Ludao.

Return and Exchange Process

1. Return policy

Within 7 days of delivery (can be extended due to national holidays or natural disasters, please contact customer service for inquiries).

2. Return standards

According to the Consumer Protection Act, consumers have a 7-day cooling-off period starting from the day after the product is delivered. However, the cooling-off period is not a trial period, and the product must be a new item within the order, in its original packaging and with the invoice intact. Unsealed products cannot be returned.

3. Return process

Step 1: Contact customer service to initiate a return or exchange. Our representative will ask about the product and your situation. If you are requesting a refund, please provide detailed information to our customer service representative.

Step 2: Our representative will arrange for a logistics driver to pick up the product. Please provide the product and the invoice to the driver.

Step 3: After the product is successfully returned, if a refund is required, our representative will process the refund (please contact customer service if you have any questions).

Preventing fraud

1.Principle Attention

  • Fangcheng Co., Ltd. will never call and ask members to operate ATMs or other payment settings for any reason.
  • Please ignore any phone calls received and contact our customer service directly at (05)6629958 for any inquiries.

2. Emergency Procedures for Dealing with Fraud
Step 1: Dial 165 to report and confirm whether the call is a fraudulent phone call (165 is for reporting, not filing a case).
Step 2: Dial 110 to file a case and ask the police to immediately freeze the fraudulent account of the bank to increase the chance of retrieving the defrauded amount.
Step 3: Go to the police station to make a formal statement and keep the three-part report in case of becoming a victim of identity theft as evidence to protect oneself.
