Inquiry Process
Select the customized product on the official website of Fangcheng, click the inquiry button, add it to the inquiry cart, fill in the relevant fields such as order quantity, processing method, delivery time, and submit it.
After selecting the product on the official website of Fangcheng and submitting the inquiry form, we will reply with a quotation within 1 business day based on the selected product and specific specifications.
According to the inquiry product, we will send the relevant cutting film, and ask the designer to assist with the layout. After our company confirms the artwork, we can assist with sample making. We may charge a sample fee for some products. Once the final design is confirmed, we can mass-produce the product.
For urgent orders or orders under 10,000 yuan, full payment should be made in advance. For orders over 10,000 yuan, a 50% deposit should be paid and the order should be placed formally after signing the quotation. The full payment should be made before the product is shipped.

AI source files and high-resolution JPG files need to be provided together for verification to avoid image loss due to different versions. Please also inform us of the product you wish to produce, and we will provide you with the necessary printing film and drafting guidelines. After the artwork is completed, please send it to (at5977328@gmail.com), and a dedicated person will contact you.
1.The acceptable software is Adobe Illustrator. Please rasterize the print content (such as effects, gradients, transparency, etc.) and carefully check for any missing images or effects after flattening. If the file contains placed images, please make sure to embed them to avoid missing images. If finalizing the artwork with Photoshop, please note that small text may not be as clear as with vector software. The minimum setting for lines must be 0.2mm (0.57pt) or larger, and the font size should not be smaller than 5pt in order to be printable.
2.Please do not set special colors or RGB in the file to avoid disputes arising from the need to convert colors to CMYK for printing.
3.When submitting the order, please confirm if the dimensions are correct. As each bag type has different dimensions, please confirm the desired size, and we will provide the cutting film.
4.Has the text been converted to outlines? If the text file has not been converted to a vector file with outlines, the printer may not be able to display the originally set font style due to a failure to read the font data.
5.Is the image resolution set to 350dpi? Please set the resolution of the image to 350dpi or higher. If the resolution of the image used is insufficient, it may result in a jagged appearance after printing.
6.Is the color mode of the file CMYK? Please pay attention to the color mode when creating the artwork. We recommend that you do not directly convert RGB to CMYK to avoid color differences, as we cannot accept returns due to this reason.
7.Is the image in the Photoshop file 8-bit? Providing a 16-bit file may result in errors.
Images displayed on a screen are generally in RGB, also known as the “additive color model,” where colors get brighter as they are combined. On the other hand, CMYK, commonly referred to as the “four-color printing model,” is based on the “subtractive color model,” where colors get darker as they are combined. Because these two color models work differently, computer colors cannot be used as a color calibration standard for actual printing. Therefore, if a printing file is not converted to CMYK, there may be color deviation in the printed product. When printing or processing photo files for print materials, it is important to pay attention to this issue.
